Terms And Conditions

Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is due within 14 days to confirm your reservation. Final balance is due on or before 90 days prior to your trip date.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are considered non-refundable unless a replacement is found.

Return Booking Policy: Returning guests receive first right of refusal to rebook their same week for the following year.  Returning guests have up to 60 days after their trip to confirm their return. After 60 days, guests on the waiting list will be offered available weeks on a first come first serve basis.

COVID-19 Mitigation Policy: In order to help mitigate and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the remote locations and sensitive local communities where we operate, clients traveling to Aleutian Adventures’ camps and lodges must agree and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Guests that arrive to check-in for the charter flight on the date of their trip departure and display obvious signs and symptoms of illness (ie, coughing, sneezing, running nose, etc) will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test. The test will be administered on-site by a representative of Aleutian Adventures and be free of charge. A guest that receives two (2) positive results out of three (3) tests will not be permitted to board the flight.
• Guests that show obvious signs and symptoms of illness (ie, coughing, sneezing, running nose, etc) at any time during their trip will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test. The test will be administered on-site by the lodge manager and be free of charge. Any guest that receives two (2) positive results out of three (3) tests will be required to follow an isolation and mitigation plan to avoid further exposure and infection to other guests and staff.
• Aleutian Adventures is not responsible for missed or lost fishing opportunities due to COVID-19.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance and emergency evacuation insurance to help protect you and your travel investment. There are no refunds for missed days due to weather, flight delays, or other events out of our control.
